The official foodstuff of NYC Ruby is the Arepa, which can only be found at two restaurants in Manhattan: Caracas Arepa Bar, and Flor’s Kitchen. Both are located on 1st Avenue, at 7th street and 9th street, respectively. (El Cocotero on 18th between 7th & 8th also as good arepas!)
